Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unworn and undamaged. Please contact us before sending the item back. Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

To keep your footwear in good condition:
- Let boots dry naturally. Do not place them near heaters or hot air.
- Do not comb wet fur. Use a brush once the fur is dry.
- Do not apply chemicals, sprays, or perfumes.
- If the fur gets dirty, let it dry and gently clean it with a brush.
- Small stains can be cleaned with a little mild soap.
- Store footwear in a box, not in plastic bags.
- Make sure boots are clean and dry before storing.
- Check regularly for moths.
- If the fur looks wrinkled, you may gently use a garment steamer.
To choose the correct size, please tell us the shoe size you usually wear.
For a more accurate fit, you can also provide:
- foot length;
- foot width (narrow, standard, wide);
- calf circumference (for boots).
Our footwear is made from natural materials, which may slightly stretch after a short period of wear.
To measure your foot, place it on a sheet of paper, trace the outline, and measure the distance from heel to toe. If needed, we can send instructions with a visual example.
